There are so many wedding elements to consider for your special day. Most of my brides that contact me and are rather frazzled by the options available to them. My advice first and foremost is to prioritise what is most important to both of you. If an interactive seating installation is something you have both dreamed about-then cut back in other areas to accommodate for the installation.

Secondly crack open a bottle of wine and make an evening out of compiling a Pinterest board of your shared ideas and visions for your wedding stationery. It's extremely hard as a designer to try and figure out your shared style without some sort of visuals direction. I always tell my couples-the references you share could be seemingly random, for example a colour palette, a modern art image and a textural reference-those three alone, will allow us to understand your vision, in a snap-shot.

The most basic elements are:

PRE WEDDING STATIONERY:
save the date and invitation, linked up to a wedding website.
THEN ON THE DAY STARTS WITH WEDDING SIGNAGE:
Welcome, seating, event timeline, parking/directions.
CEREMONY:
Order of ceremony booklets and event timeline
TABLE STATIONERY ENCAPSULATES:
Menus, name places, table numbers, thank you taglets.
MINI SIGNAGE:
This is one of the most FUN elements for me to design. I love incorporating the couples’ signature drinks and uing their monogram
to personlize their bar space. Sanitizing signage, dessert table etc

Above all my simple advice is to try and incorporate simple, personalized references that tell the story about you as a couple.
A favourite anniversay rose incporporated into the design, velvet ribbon that ties back to your table linens.

Stationery should serve to tell a story and thread all the elements together.
